terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and PissClient ("we", "us") about pissclient, the Minecraft client, and pissware.lol with its chat, support tickets and the other services that come with an account (together, "the service").

By creating an account, buying access or using the service you agree to these terms, to the privacy policy and to the refund policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be 13 or older to have an account.

If you are under 18, you may only buy access with the consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these terms for you. If you are 18 or older there is no further restriction.

Accounts are invite-only. An invite gets you an account; it does not by itself get you access to the client. Access comes from a purchase, or from time we grant you.

While you have access, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to run the client on your own machine for your own play. The software stays ours. The licence ends when your access ends or your account is suspended.

You must not:

• - tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, dump or patch the loader or the payload, or bypass the authentication or the hardware (HWID) lock
• - redistribute or resell the client, cracked builds of it, or any part of it, including modules, configs and trained models
• - abuse the service: scrape or flood the API, the duel bot brain server, the chat or the sim hub, or use a client session token anywhere but in the client

One person per account. Do not share your account or your password, and do not use anyone else's.

Your licence is bound to one machine. To move it to another machine, contact support.

You may not sell, give away or otherwise transfer your account without our permission.

You are responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else has your password, reset it and tell us.

Every plan is a one-time purchase. We never bill you automatically: you only pay when, and if, you choose to buy more time. Prices are in US dollars:

• - 1 month: $50
• - 3 months: $145
• - 6 months: $270
• - 9 months: $400
• - 12 months: $500
• - lifetime: $2000

Buying again while you still have time adds the new time on top of what is left. A lifetime plan lasts for as long as PissClient runs the service (see if we shut down).

Payments are handled by Stripe. Checkout shows the final amount before you pay. We may change prices, but never for time you have already bought.

Refunds follow the refund policy: in short, only within 24 hours of a purchase and only if the client was never run on your account since. If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we will suspend the account.

If we decide to stop running the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice on the site and in chat. Time you have not used when the service ends, lifetime plans included, is not refunded.

These apply in the site's chat, the client's irc, direct messages and support tickets:

• - no slurs (they are filtered)
• - no harassment or threats
• - no doxxing, and no posting anyone else's private information
• - no spam, advertising or scam links
• - no impersonating staff
• - support tickets are for real issues

Profanity is fine. We may remove messages that break these rules.

If you send us bug reports, ideas or other feedback, we may use them to improve the client without owing you anything for it.

If you break these terms we may suspend your account. A suspension signs you out everywhere, blocks you from the site and the client, and stops your invite code working. Time left on a suspended account is not refunded.

If you think we got it wrong, write to support@pissware.lol.

You choose which servers you play on and you are responsible for following their rules. We are not responsible for bans, kicks, lost items or any other penalty from a server, its staff or its anticheat.

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uptime, any particular feature, or that the client will work with any server or any version of Minecraft. Modules may change or be removed at any time.

PissClient is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost game accounts, items, progress or data, arising from your use of the service.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything to do with the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability, or takes away a right, that the law does not allow to be limited or taken away.

We may change these terms. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top of this page. When a change matters we will say so on the site. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply; if you do not agree with them, stop using the service.
